Motorhead Marketing strives to be fair to all of our customers when providing products and service and we encourage every customer to familiarize him or herself with our refund/exchange policy.

Motorhead requires 50% deposit on all website, marketing, and advertising packages, programs, and purchases.  Final approval by our customers is required before the final payment on the account is collected.  Once development on your package of services has begun, we will refund the remaining balance of your deposit, minus accrued expenses and development time at an hourly development rate of $95 per hour.  We strive to remain proactive and keep lines of communication open throughout the entire design, implementation, and production process.

Refunds on print work are offered only if Motorhead Marketing is at fault for an error and if the final product is not what you ordered.  If you later find mistakes in the final product and have previously signed a release form prior to production of materials, Motorhead Marketing will not refund or re-print.
